They clearly stated that the phone case was included when buying the phone however they still charged me and they wouldn’t give me my money back. One of the girls was extremely rude. Do not come to this location they will just steal your money and the girls there are very unprofessional. I have also seen that many other people are leaving one star reviews due to the same exact women however cricket has done absolutely nothing since she still works there. Since they support this kind of behavior we shouldn’t support this business either.
