  Tried returning something only had for 18 days. No go. Last purchase from Best buy. They marketed this piece ok smart watch. I ordered 2 based on their marketing. I tried one and tried returning the second watch I had planned to give to my son but the watch doesn't work that great. I took the one still on box with plastic wrapped and I could not exchange this product because it was 3 days past 2 weeks. If I had known online orders have to be returned in 2 weeks, I would have never ordered 2. So, this message it to Best buy. That watch is the last purchase I will ever make from your company. I could have ordered the same watch from Amazon and had a larger return window. Maybe you should have a popup telling your customers that the return window is 2 weeks so we can modify our order accordingly.

  after standing at the entrance for several minutes near other much younger employees, another walked up from the back of the store and properly greeted me(older Gen x guy like myself that understands the importance of his customer service begins with a greeting) and then he asked what I was looking for and directed me to the proper area of the store, I was looking for a wireless and keyboard and mouse combination. something inexpensive as the keyboard on my laptop stopped working. the young man who was working that area also greeted me and explained the different options. the different price points and help me choose one and he was very helpful. as I went to the checkout I was a little confused because they had moved it since the last time I was there. the young lady did not greet me. she did not smile and then I realized that I wanted to look at projectors so I walked across the store to where the video projectors are and what's looking for a 4K projector and I saw several models there. however they didn't have any in stock. the nearest place they had them in stock was Memphis Tennessee according to a sign they had there and again I was not greeted. no one asked if they could help me or even suggest that they could order it and have it shipped to my own. I was ready to buy $5,000 projector right then right there but because no one could go out of their way to even ask me if they could help me. they lost the sale and I went home and I ordered it from Walmart.com and I got exactly what I wanted for a whole lot cheaper and the girl at checkout still did not greet me. did not thank me for my purchase or ask for repeat business and I can guarantee you that there will be no repeat business. they need to go away like circuit City did because they don't know how to do customer service. if you don't do customer service, you don't make any sales. you don't make any sales then your business should fail.
