  Witnessed a manager and an employee tell a customer “if you don’t understand how to use the phone, maybe you don’t need one, because maybe you’re too old.” Disrespectful and unprofessional.

  I broke my phone, so I went to the Apple Store to either get it fixed or buy a new one. The guy said it was unfixable after barely looking at it. I went ahead with buying a new one. For some reason, he brought in a different lady to continue with the purchase. While she’s going through the purchasing process, he’s asking me all kinds of personal questions about my life, while I’m still trying to answer her questions about purchasing the new phone. I don’t know why it took two different people together to sell me a phone, but it was very nerve racking. He was also wearing Meta glasses, which I think shouldn’t be allowed in a workplace, especially when you’re around people’s private information and payments. People can tamper with the recording indicator so no one would know they’re recording.

  I went in for a Genius Bar appointment because I was having trouble with my device charging (it turns out, the charging port was just loose). Brandon helped me out and was super friendly and quick to help! He made the whole experience easy and I really appreciated how kind and helpful he was. Definitely had a great experience!

  Went to the Apple Store for the first time trying to get help with my airpods because you can push the button and hang up the phone the only way to hang up the phone is to do it through the phone. The guy that helped me was inexperience very very rude they disconnected my airpods from my phone and then tell me to try to see if they will work not knowing that they were disconnected. When I let him know that they were disconnected he tells me with a smart mouth well connect them back. I then told him that the store connected them for me period can reply to me just push the button what's an attitude advantage of helping me or trying to help me with my problem he tried to sell me some new ones and then talked about they were 4 years old and told me there was nothing he can do but sell me some new ones or charge me to fix the ones I have with much much attitude would recommend people to go out of state to visit a Apple store then to go to this store

  Horrible business name. What does it even mean. Not afforable. Probably never owning another iphone again. They don't want me to have it I won't use it. I can't use it and be fired when the phone is not working anymore. Beyond repair. Copied russian design and copyrighted it, and said it innovation. Never owning another one. Very confusing. Extremely confusing. Apple is food. Apple is clearly food. We eat apple. We eat apple for food. I thought I had to eat a lightbulb. I almost died from eating a lightbulb. I almost ate a lightbulb growing up. Very confusing. I don't have to almost eat lightbulbs. It's an emoji. Very confusing business name. Apple clearly is food. Not item. Not phone not computer. Not affordable.
