The way they treated me made me feel really bad, and I didn’t receive the respectful, helpful service I expected.Yhey don’t want to help with old iPhones problems. I believe they are not adequately trained to serve customers properly. They should be more patient with clients.

Trying to reach a manager feels like playing the lottery, and even when you do get through, they seem unable to resolve the issue and simply provide a canned corporate response. The in-store Genius Bar appointment process is also frustrating. You can arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and still end up waiting 30 minutes or more. I do not have time for that. What is the point of making an appointment if the customer cannot be served anywhere close to the scheduled time?
