  I don't have service with Cricket Wireless but my sister does. But I pay her phone bills. The only thing that I don't like about Cricket Wireless is they makes you pay an extra $5 if you pay in person. Which I think is Crazy & unfair because you shouldn't have too Pay the extra $5. If you're in person in one of their stores it should be free to pay in person. CRICKET WIRELESS JUST WANTS OUR MONEY. All the other big Phone Carriers don't charge like AT&T & Verizon. You know, it don't make No sense Cricket. That you'll are doing this. And then Cricket changed her plan & don't give a person the opportunity to choose their own plan. My sister old plan was $30 I paid it on line way before time. I was paying for 6 months at a time Cricket move her plan and her new payment went up $5 more to $35 dollars from $30. Cricket Wireless turned my sick sister phone off for the $5 without even letting her. Know that she had to pay the extra $5 dollars. So I went straight to one of their stores and they made me pay the $5 dollars plus an extra $10 dollars as a reconnection fee Total of $15 dollars yes I was mad 😡.. I've been with my Cell Phone company since June 2, 1989, & still with them 37 years later This's July 17,2026. What are y'all doing Cricket? Taking your Customers freaking money it's Just Ridiculous. I'm NOT HAPPY about it. That's why I would not be CRICKET WIRELESS Customer. But my Sister wants to be with their Dumb company. My Sister is dieing of stage 4 Cancer So I just deal with Cricket Wireless Phone Company So now I am Pay monthly only.

  Josh at the Cricket store in Jacksonville provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He went above and beyond by staying well past closing to make sure our new phones were set up correctly and working properly. He also took the time to ensure every accessory we purchased was compatible and properly installed with our new devices. What could have been a stressful and frustrating experience turned into an enjoyable one because of his patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. He never made us feel rushed, even though he stayed late to help us. If you're visiting the Jacksonville Cricket location, I highly recommend asking for Josh. He truly cares about his customers and delivers outstanding service. Thank you, Josh!
