- NPNitesh PatelDec 19, 20251.0Came to get a screen protector. Turned out to be “defective” so store assistant went ahead and manually put it. Although he tried his best, it still wasn’t able to be put without all bubbles on the screen. Considering this, it is paramount that if we asked for a refund, we get it, despite the claims that it isn’t sufficient for a refund since it isn’t “damaged”- according to the higher ups that the store assistant contacted. This is simply ethically wrong and business should not be done like this. Would suggest going to the cell phone repair shop nearby for screen protectors- unless you don’t want your money back!
