  U guys don't help you don't answer your phone ever and I'm almost done I pay $140 a month to get at least 37 spam calls a day

  A few months ago I upgraded to the IPhone 17e at the Cricket store in Heber Springs. That is when I first met Tharon who was the new Manager at the store. He quickly set up my new phone and transferred all the data. During the process he was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about Cricket products and services. My brother lives in Mississippi and wanted to upgrade his Android phone but was very disappointed with the service he had received from the Cricket store near him. I advised him to come visit me and go to the Cricket store in Heber Springs. He came last week and Tharon spent 2 hours with him explaining all the features on a cell phone that my brother uses. Note: he hates electronics and would not have a cell phone except one cannot survive without it. Banks, credit cards, many businesses require electronic transactions. After using his phone for a few days my brother went back to the store with a list of questions re problems he was having getting acquainted with the new phone. Tharon and other employees patiently answered every question and helped him to better understand his cell phone.

  On April 14, 2026—having been a customer for over five years—I visited this store to make some changes to my account. However, the person in charge of assisting customers refused to help me, simply telling me to call 611.
