  I just came into this store with my daughter to by her a laptop for college. Had get help repeatedly for the same product because employees kept walking off. Picked one out and the new employee, Tyson, told us the product we chose was bad (it wasn’t) and kept demanding to know what my daughter was using it for. Her answers didnt satisfy him and then he proceeded to "man-splain" to us what RAM is and how it works (we already know, I used to sell this stuff) and said we were making a mistake and we should get the extended coverage because we'd be bringing it back. All this really ticked me off and made me not want to buy anything because when I worked there, you did NOT speak to customers like that at ALL. Then, we get to customer service. We are checking out there. I relay our recent experience with the employee and the cashier girl says, "Sorry, sir, I can't do anything about that, I just work in customer service." Wow. Terrible. I will probably be calling corporate.

  We went to Best Buy to buy a refrigerator because ours went out. They do not keep anything in stock but they do have a local delivery. This don’t work for us since we live over an hour away and we work 6-7 days a week 12-13 hour shifts. We ended up going to a local store spent 2K on an LG with all the bells and whistles. If you don’t have it in stock you can’t sell it.

  Being called fraudulent and doing illegal services when this is what I’ve always been told to do in the store, is not what I signed up for today. I said I’m not sure this is what everyone tells me to do and he said yeah you are committing fraud. I said the account is not under me it is my mother then you see I’m the authorized user and he let me know that I’m committing a crime? That’s not how we talk in customer service and being a supervising bouncing a ball in the store isn’t the best for customers to see. This store needs to do better and manage their supervisors better.
