I go in today to get my screen protector replaced and they said it didn’t get registered so they won’t replace it even though they are responsible for not registering it, total lack of customer service and one of the poorest managed Best Buy store!!!!

Alex graciously took the time and patience to walk me through it and get everything back to my needs. I appreciate Alex so very much . Making an appointment with the in-store Geek squad was super easy and convenient!

Because not every open box goes through detailed inspection and use your time wisely. Other than these, things were pretty great!
