The guy there just tried to sell us a phone instead of helping us. And ripping us off. But it’s a long story. He said that our phones weren’t compatible with cricket. In which we went to a different location in heber and he switched the service over in two seconds. Which was false after I did research. I also asked the guy to return my phone if I wasn’t satisfied with the phone within seven days and he said yes and I tried and he denied the return and there was nothing wrong with the phone. He was just trying to make sales. Also he was rude when I came into the store . I told him I’m waiting on my wife to come in before we talk and he kept pressing me to talk to him when I clearly told him I’m waiting for my wife. The manager in Heber springs was way more cool of a guy. I’m satisfied with cricket. It’s actually better than the Verizon servic I had in my area but we didn’t get honest help and I’m still stuck with the phone he sold me.

I've been with Cricket for past 5 years. At first on contract until I screwed it up and went to prepaid but still great for me. Just wish I could afford the upgrade. I've had same phone for 4 years and just broke it. just can't afford the fees and activation that's why only 3 ⭐ would have been 5 ✨

Waited about 6 minutes. Small location to packed for only 2 registers. Customer service was excellent and all the ladies were smiling and helping customers. Got me into a mew phone great price and even got my numbers transferred. I will be back!
