  I’m very disappointed in the service of this store. I recently bought a phone 2 Dec with the impression I would be able to use in Nigeria if I was to pay in full. I later find out by customer service it wasn’t true. I attempt to return the phone for 2 days under the 7 day return policy the store refuse to receive it. I sat in the for 3 hours waiting while Ms. King assist me with calling around to help with the return policy. When it came upon closing she asked if I could come back tomorrow. Saturday @10am I met Brittney Perry I politely explained what happened. She snaps the store could only give me a dollar. She said she would make a call and called the Police claiming I was trespassing and harassing her. I only asked about the return. After customer and progressive leasing express to return and refund the district manager refused.
