- GSGabrielle SmithAug 29, 20261.0Mrs Rachelle was wonderful helping us with our phone. Mrs kiki called on the phone line Mrs Rachelle answered the phone. Mrs kiki was extremely rude to Mrs Rachelle. Mrs kiki was asking Mrs Rachelle where is your cell phone you need it by you. When I call your cell phone you need to answer it. Mrs Rachelle informed Mrs kiki that she was with a customer Mrs kiki said it doesn't matter. Keep your phone close to you. Cricket needs to get a new theodore manager.
- HHHunter HouseknechtJun 19, 20241.0The sales person lied to us about the abilities of the wifi hotspot which is a ripoff . Then wouldn't refund our money !
- ZCZachary CromwellApr 22, 20232.0There are not a lot of phone choices available at this store for starters. And the employees weren't trained to do everything with all the information necessary by their higher ups. The higher ups should at least have a way for all employees to figure out every issue that could come up. But they were able to finally figure it out while keeping us in good, amusing, company.
