They’ll put you on a $25 a week extension plan but neglect to inform you if you miss one payment by 1 minute they then make you pay $75 on top of the $25 or $50 already paid. So for a prepaid phone company with a bad signal you pay anywhere from $100 to $125. And idc if you tell them you died last night they’ll only take off $5. I’m popping a bottle of champagne the moment the go out of business. They don’t value their customers not one bit!!!!!!! I’ve never ever ever ever had to go through this with any phone company I’ve ever had. If I could I’d rate them 0 stars.
