  I took my teenage grandson into cricket, not sure what type of phone to get. Lacey Parker was very patient and professional, asked just the right questions to get him the perfect phone. I recommend her and cricket to others.

  Came in doubtful, but Thomas explained everything perfectly, and was very helpful he actually listened to me instead of just trying to make a sale meant a lot! Purchased an iPhone XR could not be happier! The service works better than straight talk ever did! If you’re worried about cricket not working here in Roanoke/ Randolph county then let me tell you you have nothing to worry about the service works great here! I will be back!
