  Absolutely ridiculous discharge time, we waited 2.5 hrs. to get my dog after I was called and told he was ready to be picked up. They even knew I was driving in from 1.5 hrs. away after work on top of it. No billing issue, everything paid in full and they took their sweet time and/or made excuses the whole time why it was taking so long. You want to know what really makes people who pay premium prices mad, when you take your sweet time and waste there personal time. I will NOT be taking any dog here again. I will go to Auburn, Birmingham or Newnan Ga. next time. Prices are cheaper and they do just as good of job while not wasting their customers precious time.

  We took our Merlin here for an unscheduled visit. They were very sweet to our pet and treated him. Very grateful to them.

  I took my eight week old puppy in for an emergency visit and was told.No one could see her. I told the girl at the desk that this was an emergency facility. And I wanted my dog seen, she told me to hold on. When she came back, she looked at me like I was trash and informed me that "You do understand that it's going to be more than $100.00." I told her that I didn't care how much it cost.I wanted my dog seen. She told me to hold on again, came back and informed me that all the doctors were making rounds. Needless to say, I will never, ever darken.That doorstep again. Nor will anyone with an animal that I come in contact with.

  This vet is still kind of a toss up for me. The only plus or positive I see was its open late. It must have only 1 doctor on staff because it took forever to be seen and for my pet to be treated and we was there before 7. We stayed there for a total of like 3 and a half hours. The staff that was there is friendly and the doctors. The prices was high I mean we got hit with a $500 bill just for some pain medicine, IV and for coming to the hospital. I do understand everything cost but really everything shouldn't be unattainable when it comes to health care for people or pets. So if you come here just know the prices are the prices and they do offer financing and other options of course. But you will have to be patient when it comes to the wait time.
