  Difficult to find what you are looking for. Had items listed as in store but drove over an hour and couldn't find the items at the store 🙃 😑

  Super clean but no one ever came to ask us if we needed anything. We stood by the washers and dryers for literally 30 minutes and not one person walked up to us

  Purchased an Apple product from this store. After purchasing, I became ill and did not open the product. When I opened the product 3 weeks later, I noticed they were defective. I was referred to the manufacturer for replacement. While that is standard protocol, buying a defective product and not being able to exchange it with receipt and all packaging is disappoint. Especially, considering this store is 48 minutes from where I live. The trips to get here are intentional and making multiple trips is even more frustrating. I refuse to buy from this store location ever again! It’s funny to me how these stores have a limit for how much inventory can be lost/stolen/missing but not actually defectively sold to a customer.

  went in for new phone around lunch time on my break stood there for 30 min no one was working phone section so i walked over to checkout counter they were very rude said nobody can sell u a phone until 4pm whattttt meanwhile about 5 employees standing around doing nothing 2 of them started wrestling at front door is this a bussiness or a circus the worst best buy i have ever been in i left took my money to target got me aphone in 10 min this place is a joke the manager should wear a clown suit will never return here
