  Alexis, I believe she is the manager there awe man she's the best part of cricket i promise! I was scared to switch but I ready for something new, nit only did she call t-mobile to help me switch she made sure I didn't lose any information from my old phone to my new one. As an old man I don't know all of this stuff and she cared enough to help me even with a busy store. She's so sweet and caring. Go see her soon, she's happy to help

  Phenomenal customer service from beginning to end, she even opened the door when she saw me coming & greeted me with the prettiest smile! Alexis you are beautiful inside and out! Thank you for making it so easy to switch from ATT I had my number since 1997 & she made sure I did not lose it. She explained everything I was paying for & also recommended what was best & if I tried to over pay for anything she let me know what I did and didn’t need just from listening to me rant lol Thank you again Alexis, we need more people like you in this world let alone customer service. You are amazing & don’t forget it

  Worse experience. Custom service won't help if you've let your plan lapse. They refused to unlock the phone I purchased so I can take it somewhere else.

  This man helped me and my daughter in so many ways. Our phone service with another company was not helping us with our problems and ROB fixed it for us. The first time I was really needing a better phone and a Hispanic walked in and needed help with English so ROB helped him figure out what he was trying to say. It was closing time so ROB could have asked us come back but he didn’t ! He was very patient , professional, and got the job done in the Correct way!! WAY to go ROB!! THE 2nd time my daughter went in and Thank the Lord it was ROB again. And he did the same for my daughter , Every time someone asks us where to go to get great service and awesome professionalism!!! From now on. We will say CRICKET. At the “loop” on Airport !!!! And ask for ROB!!!
