- JHJames HarrellNov 1, 20211.0Manager is extremely rude. I went and paid my phone bill the night before my billing cycle started over, and I added hotspot for $10. About 2 hours later (midnight) my phone service was cut off and I supposedly owed $25 (hotspot + reactivation fee) even though I JUST paid my bill hours earlier. The next day, after missing work and nearly getting fired bc of no phone, I was able to activate bridge pay and call the cricket store. The manager said IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM. THANKS A LOT. Customer support on the phone wasn't very helpful either - first one hung up on me, second one said it was not their problem and there was nothing they could do about it, third one FINALLY fixed it after about an hour on the phone when I demanded to speak to the CEO of cricket.
