  Amazon should thank Best Buy for its bad customer experience. On May 17, I went to Best Buy to purchase a GoPro HERO13. I had a few questions before buying, but after looking for an employee for more than five minutes, I went to the front of the store to ask for help. One cashier said he would help me after he cleared the checkout line. I waited while the line cleared. When he got to the last customer, he kept trying to upsell something instead of finishing the transaction. While I was waiting, I watched five other customers walk up to a different cashier and check out. The original line was gone, but I was still waiting. I went back to the camera section to see if someone else could help. Another employee came over and asked if I needed anything. I told him I had questions about the GoPro. He said he could not help me and that I had to go back to the checkout counter. At that point, more than 20 minutes had passed. I looked up the GoPro on Amazon and saw the same deal with next-day delivery. I bought the GoPro HERO13 from Amazon while I was still standing inside Best Buy. This was not my only bad Best Buy experience. Earlier in March, I tried to get a price adjustment on my LG 83" C4 OLED TV. Best Buy told me no, even though I have My Best Buy Plus and was well within the 60-day window. Best Buy had the sale. Amazon got the money.

  False advertising: I came into the store for the Samsung G9 49" OLED on clearance for 720$ and once I finally found a blue shirt to check their stock, they tell me it IS in stock but that they will not be honoring the clearance price. So much for Best Buy's supposed "digital pricematch garauntee"...

  Purchased a replacement phone for my dysfunctional one while traveling. Makena was extremely helpful is making my purchase, setting up new phone in working order in less than half an hour. She was extremely knowledgeable on the entire product line and even installed the screen protector for me. I highly recommend this BestBuy location.

  I found a sale on a Samsung S90F for $1200 off! Picked up in store same day. The sales associate approached me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I explained I saw the sale and he knew exactly what I wanted. It was super fast and smooth all the way through the entire process. I highly recommend shopping here. I am very pleased with the experience and the product.

  Purchased bambu lab p1s 3d printer with best buy online. 5 months in and the internal ams hub unit goes out which is covered by manufacturer warranty 100%. Bambu says we have to work with best buy since we didn't purchase directly from bambu and best buy won't help us at all since we didn't purchase geek squad warranty on top of the warranty that comes with the machine. We drive an 1 to get best buys help to be told sorry we dont do that here.
