  I had an appointment at 745p. Came into the store and was greeted with the ugliest look as entering the door. The young lady turned her head and within 10 seconds another young lady assisted me with a smile and kind heart. So the rude lady assisted 3 other customers and kept walking past me looking quickly and look away as if no I’m not going to help you. I had the most unprofessional service ever in the Apple Store Bridgestreet today. She finally went to the back and didn’t come back out. So another lady started to assist me after I addressed to her what was going on. I still sat from 745p-almost closing time before I received help. Very poor service I received! Asking for names they won’t tell but that’s ok bc keep being rude to people when they come into the store you will eventually get back what you put out. We/I spend our money just as others that you look highly of and belittling others. Apple please talk to your employees bc their behavior is unacceptable!!

  Brought in 3 pairs of AirPods to get them fixed. All 3 had Apple care purchased for them. One pair was bought less than 2 weeks ago and I paid for a full year of Apple care + ( over $300 combined)for them. Came back to try to get them fixed and they are refusing to do anything for all 3 unless I pay full price. Apple care is a waste of money. Lighting hundred dollar bills on fire would at least be more entertaining.

  This is specifically for the rude man that yelled across the store at us to let us know the place was closed. A. The door was open B. The store hours are not listed on the door and C. You could have been nicer to your customers instead of replying to me that “we can answer your question tomorrow morning at 10am.” Maybe you need to go through a guest service class. I get you were ready to go home but you could have handled it better.

  I was sent here by Apple support to service a device but this store has no way of servicing it. The whole experience was very slow and unorganized and I never got a resolution despite being there over an hour. On top of that no one answers the phone.
