Maya came over, asked if she could help and went and cleaned several years of lint out of my phone. It’s charging perfectly now! I also really enjoyed how she didn’t try to sell me on anything from a new charger to even a new phone. She genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t focused on pushing product, so thank you Maya, you made me feel very welcomed in the store!

I was just waiting to update my password. I have been sitting waiting for over a half hour and literally after signing in no one has acknowledged me or helped me in any way whatsoever. With the amount of staff in this room doing literally nothing at the very least maybe someone could acknowledge me. I am utterly disappointed in the service. Mind you this was having to wait 35 minutes at the previous appointment that I scheduled but still had to wait for. You would think geniuses could manage customer service and a store a bit better. But maybe I’m just hungry.
