I say "females" because neither woman nor lady would adequately describe either of them! All we needed was a sim card, but all we got was attitude!! Once I spoke to the representative with customer service, I was told they could have easily sold me a sim card. When I called the store to ask who I needed to speak to to file a complaint she hung up on me! I suggest if you want people to continue to use the services in this store, you should put someone in that has experience in customer service.
