  I would like to express my concern about the customer service I received at a Cricket store. I understand that working with customers can be a busy job, but the attitude and the way some employees treat people make a big difference. When a customer walks in and politely says hello, they expect the same respect and a friendly response. In my experience, the employees seemed frustrated, impatient, and acted as if helping the customer was an inconvenience. This can make many people feel uncomfortable, especially customers who may not be very familiar with technology or who need a little more time to understand a process. Employees are there to help customers, and good customer service is an important part of any company. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the team can be reminded about the importance of being respectful, patient, and welcoming to every customer. Thank you for taking the time to listen to this concern!
