- GSGeorge StantonAug 31, 20191.0Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. Had already talked to a customer rep and was given a price to upgrade my phone just to get to the store and they tried to charge a very different amount. When I called the clerk out about this he was very rude and hateful. Told me they didn't have to honor the advertised price and that if I wanted the particular phone I was looking at them I would have to buy the package deal they have which brought the price to over $50 more. When I asked to speak to a manager I was rudely told no . When he finally did call 1 he was very rude and hateful to me about it.
