Had a really bad experience here that was completely negated by the people in the store- the bad experience was due entirely to an issue with apple’s system. Ordered several items for pickup and traveled in from out of state to pick them up. Despite the issues with the system, several specialists went above and beyond to try to resolve them. Drea in particular was so so so kind and helpful. I was also helped by Tyler and I think Weam (whose name I regretfully didn’t get in person, but that’s the name apple asked about in the email about the purchase: “how did Weam do?”). We still don’t know exactly what happened with the order, but they were able to work around the issue enough that they could cancel the order and place a new one that worked normally. I have always been an android user, and had it not been for the folks at The Summit, this experience could have put me off iPhone entirely. I appreciate their time, effort, and kindness tremendously.

I had to schedule a week out for an appointment. Arrive in time and my appointment was cancelled. They made me make a new appointment for another hour as if my time isn’t valuable. My AirPods still don’t work.

I went to this Apple Store two buy 2 devices 18 pro max 256 GBs and I they sold me 2 pcs when I went to pick up my online orders the manager Sam was really rude and said I couldn’t pick up the orders taht I had already been charge for and that they will cancel them because they needed to have inventory for other customers and that I had already bought some iPhones so calling Apple taking this to the next level and also have a video of the guy that will post online didn’t wanting to give me my orders. That was only 2 iPhones !

I was having significant issues with my iPhone 15 so went to the Apple store at the Summit anticipating I might need a new phone. I have written several glowing reviews about this particular store, but today find I cannot do so. The guy at the front who takes information was dismissive, uninterested, unhelpful, and only too happy to point me to a long line of people waiting to purchase phones. Very different experience at this store than usual, and an unpleasant one.

I was looking to buy one or two new watch bands, but I will no longer do so. From the moment I walked in, not a single worker welcomed me or asked if I needed any assistance. Once I actually got to the watch table, I was still ignored. Further, when associated started coming to the watch table, they started helping other customers who got there after me and still failed to at least acknowledge me. Love Apple, but this is a very disappointing experience that I won't forget.
