  Quoted me 3 hours for a simple fix, and then made me wait an additional hour after that while my groceries were melting in the car. I was not informed when my phone was finally ready, despite having informed someone I'd be waiting at a side table--I had to come to them and ask about it. After all of this, the associate tried to get more money out of me by charging me for a replacement phone. And I'm supposed to *pay them* (via service fee) for this experience. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I would actually pay money just to avoid ever coming in this store again, but fortunately I get to save money instead by canceling my apple care.

  Horrible Horrible service! Where can I start, made an appointment online to have my daughter phone fixed, got there and they could not find my appointment. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes, then another associate walked over and asked my name, he was able to find the appointment I had made for 3:30, by this time it was 4:05. Had to wait again and an associate finally came over around 4:15. According to the associate the phone needed a battery, the said the phone would be ready by 5:20. We went back to the store at 5:22, the phone still was not ready so again more waiting. It was 6:00 at closing when the associate Tyler brought out the phone. He asked was there a problem with the power button, my daughter and I both said no. So to make a long story short the associate not only did not fix the issue we were having but caused an additional problem damaging the power button! I demanded a new phone because they caused more issues than there were before we took the phone in. He proceeded to tell us he will have to just order a replacement part, when he was attempting to order the part the system would not allow it and at this point only did they agree to provide a new phone. Keep in mind insurance and Apple coverage was on this phone! I was told be it being after closing they would have to order the phone! If I could give them zero stars I would. Their service is horrible, really need to do better or have a better system.
