I have been going to Cricket store in Andalusia, AL for many years. The last several months they had a new manager. This guy was rude and mistreated the employees. I have been present when they were not happy. The guy has food all over the place and eats in front of customers. The counters are always a mess on his side. The employees are always polite and courtesy. I hope this matter will be resolved Soon.

The store manager didn't tell us he added insurance to our plan nor inform us he added it without our consent, charging us an extra $45 a month. Ms Betty fixed this, thank God for her!

Betty Hataway in Andalusia is AWESOME!! Over a six-hour period, she tirelessly worked to help me with Progressive Leasing technical issues. She was always patient & professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone interested in Cricket services or even havin difficulty with any wireless problem. She's the BEST!
