  5 stars The Apple Store in Seattle broker my phone well, I’m doing a routine battery change They were 3 1/2 hours late And constantly Giving me bowl Patriot, it’s never gonna happen deflecting reasons for the delsy. They only told me the truth because I was about to miss my plane back to Alaska. I’ve been a faithful Apple customer for well over 30 years My business is about hundreds of Apple computers iPods watches device devices anything with Apple on it we just bought I always figured they were the best even though they charged a little more I was proud that I never went to the dark side Now the Bubble has burst We still haven’t been able to update all the apps and information because Apple wouldn’t let me have my phone back to transfer the information No boarding pass for the plane, No Uber rides no lots of basic information on lots of little apps Fortunately, we have some good ideas that I’ll get me back Got a new phone from Apple thank you but had to buy all new equipment Pending 100s of hours of waste for an old man To get Connected again That’s my wife and I need to have all the same adapters and phone plug-ins for our phones in the car in the house and everywhere I ended up buying her a new Mistake, happen but the lies and deceit from Apple have burst their bubble with me I walk into ZAGG to get screen protectors, and some other incidental stuff for the new phone And what a difference Polite, honest customer service Excellent job right equipment Do things the right way? Well, done five stars Maybe apple could learn a little from you They got too big for their britches in their head is in the clouds
