- PCPamela CarverJul 28, 20262.0I have VCA Big Lake hospitals Care Plan and recently took in my Aussie because he was sick. I was charged over $100 for medication to find out later should have been covered under my Care Plan and have yet to receive a refund for it. Also my Aussie is even sicker now because I was not given the aftercare plan that should have been used to not recontaminate him. I am not impressed with this hospital at all and will never ever take my pet there again!!!
- KWKat WJun 9, 20265.0While I didn’t bring my own pet in, I just want to give huge kudos. I found a loose pup and brought her in to check for a microchip. Front of house was all very kind and welcoming! She luckily was chipped and with their help I was able to reunite Flora with her family!

I'm talking about the way they treat their vendors and their staff very Unbecoming and unprofessional because the way they treat other people I certainly would not bring my dog there beware you can do much better
