- YYYaya1 day ago1.0Do not bring your pet here! The staff is unprofessional and harmful to pets. The facility is dirty and not sanitary!! The bigger lady at the front was making racist comments because I asked her why they don’t read the records but ask for them? She was bothered. She put her big hand in my face and said she can say whatever she wants because her husband is black. Just do your job and answer my simple question. She thought she could bully me because I’m a black teenager maybe I’m not sure. I will be reporting to BBB, corporate, Teresa, Kathryn and Katherine. Maybe they should work on their policies and the way they communicate. Making patients come for no reason and try to charge them more is confusing. Many people I know have had their pet injured from this place. BEWARE
