- LSLady SnowOct 10, 20232.0Staff is extremely friendly and good with animals. Plus they have a play area for the animals too, super awesome too! However, I made my appointment a month ago and I was literally in the office from 3:30 my appointment time until 6pm. That’s insane wait time just ridiculous. When I made the appointment part of the appointment was for getting medication for high anxiety for my cat. Which because of that they should have been able to predict that she would not be good with shots and should have given her calming medication right away. Because of that I couldn’t get part of her shots , which is going to bad for my cat because I’m moving to Cali next month. They told me basically because they are closing soon that they didn’t have any time to give her that calming medication for she can get the blood. A lot of waiting. All that time I probably saw the doctor like for thirty minutes, but it was in and out for a hour and a half. Plus the other animals got a goody bag and Angel did not and while I was waiting all that time I was trying to get help with the tea machine and it took about thirty minutes to help me with something that would have taken two minutes. Based on the time and not even finishing the complete treatment due to taking way to long. I would not recommend coming here…<3~A

I am so thankful we ended up in this clinic; it made that day just a little easier knowing they truly understood how hard it was to make that decision. We are looking forward to the exceptional care we know our remaining dog will continue to receive. Thank you again for everything.
