- ABAlexander BrattonJul 29, 20265.0I went in a few days ago to get service put on a device that I already owned. When I walked in, James greeted me and helped me immediately. He got my information, took my ID so he could fill out his paperwork on his end on his tablet, and had me connected and on a plan (the $60 unlimited one) within minutes. He made sure it worked, and called his phone a few times and my phone a few times prior to me leaving so he was sure there wasn't any problems. He let me know I could get HBO max for signing up and he also explained to me how you get $5 off your monthly bill when you have autopay connected to a bank account or credit card. It was the easiest, least painful experience I've ever had in a cell phone store. I appreciate his kindness and his help, will reccomend that specific store and will continue to use cricket for the foreseeable future. Thanks again, James, you're great at your job and it doesn't go unnoticed.

But as far as working for this company don't at least not the store in downtown on 5th Street. If you are disabled they want details from your Dr so the 1 star is for working there but a 5 star for being a customer
