The other day I had lost my iPhone 16e and after months and months of payning for the Apple Care Plus package. Turned out that was a waste of $ and a false sense of security, I went in person to the 5th ave Apple Store and the customer service was absolutely horrific. So went back to the cricket store and Jaun was and everyone else was super cool and very helpful. Most stores ya can say he cool person and people will know who, But at his store they have all been super cool and helpful, thank you

I went in a few days ago to get service put on a device that I already owned. When I walked in, James greeted me and helped me immediately. He got my information, took my ID so he could fill out his paperwork on his end on his tablet, and had me connected and on a plan (the $60 unlimited one) within minutes. He made sure it worked, and called his phone a few times and my phone a few times prior to me leaving so he was sure there wasn't any problems. He let me know I could get HBO max for signing up and he also explained to me how you get $5 off your monthly bill when you have autopay connected to a bank account or credit card. It was the easiest, least painful experience I've ever had in a cell phone store. I appreciate his kindness and his help, will reccomend that specific store and will continue to use cricket for the foreseeable future. Thanks again, James, you're great at your job and it doesn't go unnoticed.
