The trainee was just asking questions and was super nice but Kalila told her that if the trainee didn’t like how she was teaching her they would have to find a new job and the trainee said absolutely nothing to her to get that response. She also doesn’t look sober. very poor customer service
- LCLillian CarreiraApr 23, 20261.0I went in to their Northern lights location and asked a female employee to show me how to switch my fb marketplace to Hawaii and not Alaska she had no clue. it took her 10 to 15 mins to figure it out. But on a good note did was in the store a few weeks ago and a employee with a beard did it so quickly switching it from Hawaii to Alaska. So of their employees are great and know their job...and there are other that I feel are there for the pay check.
