  Trying to buy things for my new phone. Asked the two young guys at the counter for help, they pointed me at a direction and continued to screw off and talk. They saw me walking an aisle back and forth for 10 minutes. They saw a cute woman walk the same aisle for 3 minutes and immediately began helping her and once finished with her began screwing off again. Mostly writing this for their manager to see. :/ dropped to one star. Cashier had a shitty attitude. Seemed frustrated over everything I asked about and said. Only seemed more frustrated when I wanted to use my credit card from looking it up. Going to tikahtnu from now on lol

  Associate Raven at the dimond center location helped us w purchasing a new iPad as ours was old and out of memory. He was super knowledgeable and made for a seamless, easy transaction, thank you!

  I've been ordering online from best buy for years with no problem. I had an order delivered 2 weeks ago with no problem. Now, they have decided to use some delivery service called roadie, and I get a text saying that they can't deliver my package to the address that best buy has been delivering my orders to for years. I got the item on a sale that was only good for the day and now I'm told the item is being returned because it is undeliverable. I guess this was my last time ordering from best buy, I'll stick with Amazon from now on.
