  I placed an order online for pickup at this store for a Pixel 10 Pro XL, at which time the price was $900. I had planned to be in Anchorage in about 10 days, but Best Buy's online ordering system automatically cancelled the order after 5 days since I had not yet picked up the item. Unfortunately, sometime during that period the price of the item increased to $1200 because a promotion had ended. When I went to the store in person, a manager (I believe her name was Georgia) greeted me at the door and I explained the situation and requested that the store honor the original purchase price. The manager personally went and got the phone from the shelf and took me to a point of sale machine where she adjusted the price. Excellent customer service given that the store/manager could have reasonably refused to adjust the price.

  I'm a huge computer person, so best buy is almost always the first place I go when looking for something electronic whether it be a cable or a spare keyboard. Best buy has a great selection of just about every electronic and electronic accessory you'd need. However, it's hard to justify some of their marked up prices for certain items. There are some items like USB hubs for example, which you can find for a third of the price on Amazon for the same brand.

  Came in today to look at the Mac’s and iPhones and had some questions. Found an adult worker and told her I had some questions about the iPhones/ Mac’s and she said she’d have someone come over to assist us. We waited there for about 5 minutes and a teenage boy just walked past us and did a slow circle around the store, maybe to look like he did something? We waited a bit longer and even walked towards the entrance of the store where there was about 5 workers (4 teens 1 adult) just standing there talking. We left with unanswered questions and feeling disappointed with the service. Given we could’ve asked for help when we were walking out, but at that point we were pretty annoyed at the lack of work ethic from the teenagers. Upset but not even surprised.

  Very kind customer service. Was very helpful, was able to help me change my account information, and had the ability to see if they had the item I needed in stock.
