  To start off, I wholeheartedly think that's some of these reviews are totally one-offs because I went to this location two days in a row (one day to get my macbook and the other to get help with a tech issue), and I was met with nothing but helpful and friendly people. A highlight however was my experience today! Richard is seriously such a solid guy and helped me so much, he worked fast and when we found out the issue on my Mac would be resolved in a couple hours he showed me how to reboot it at home! All while being so nice, explaining the tech stuff, and not trying to upsell me on new things! Genuinley great staff and I've had such a good experience.

  This place is filled to the brim with professionals. I forgot her name but there was a young college student who helped me find the right keyboard. She was spot-on when she clocked me for not being an Apple user. She was quite efficient at her job.

  I don't blame the guys I talked to for the experience today, I blame apple. If this were a review of apple products it would be a -10 stars. I will never, as long as I'm in my right mind, purchase any apple product again. Call support, they say go to the store. The store says no, talk to a tier 2 supervisor. Nope, that didn't work either. Now I have to completely factory reset this phone. Your information is not any safer on an apple device than on any other device. Don't let them deceive you. Now I lose more hours off work to go back to the store to try to save my data. Not impressed 😕

  Worst apple experience ever. Being unattended for 20 minutes. Finally I went for help. The specialist left me for another 5 minutes. Then a guy came and just asked “so you want a iPhone, what’s the one you want”. Never let me ask any questions

  Classic Apple not ever helping the customer and always tries to get you to buy something. I typically use their knowledge to fix the Apple product myself (I’ve done this many times, as I still have the Apple Watch Series 3 even when they told me it’s too old to use). They seemed pretty vague as their only answer was “buy a new phone even though you just got one!” The man with the avatar tattoos is nice but talks too loud to his customer. I could tell he was getting very annoyed at me because I didn’t want to buy a new phone, and his voice kept getting louder and louder. Very fake facade but I guess that happens in customer service jobs!
