  I’ve used this Apple Store for both purchases and multiple repair/replacements over the last couple years and have always had a good experience. Went in today for a replacement phone case and the staff that immediately greeted me also took care of the exchange for me super quickly.

  Love that there's a guy, covered in avatar the last airbender tattoos, that works here that like to sexually harass women to the point of tears. I have HAD to report him everytime. Manager really likes to laugh and wave it off and refuses to give his name so i cant report him to apple corporate. I have had to come in, and specifically request female staff and he will still manage to wander over and harass me. The last time I came in for my airpods, and he said if I cleaned myself and ears well enough I wouldn't need to replace them. I dropped them in water while hiking in girdwood. I have since switched over to samsung legit so I never have to deal with him ever again. Is this how you let your staff treat women?

  Wish I could leave zero stars. I tried calling the store number only to be on hold for 10 minutes. Then the person answering was probably in India. She says you are not able to call the store yourself. Then I'm on hold for another 5 minutes while she calls the store. The answer to my question is that the store in Anchorage is not allowed to tell me whether or not they have a battery that they can replace on my iPhone 16 pro. They can only tell me that when I come into the store myself. Seriously, so do I now have to go to the store and then they tell me "Oh we are sorry we have to order a new battery? I just had knee surgery, and that is the reason I called in the first place, to make sure my trip is not in vain. This is beyond belief. I have always thought Apple is superior, not anymore

  Terrible customer service. They don’t care how much you spend on Apple products or what your needs are. You get 20 minutes with a rep then it’s off with!!! Best of luck I feel like we are all stuck with the brand.
