  Extremely dishonest. We bought a brand new iPhone, and found a ton of issues within the first few weeks. The phone no longer works at all at this point, (three months) Apple was absolutely no help and just told us to buy another $1000 iPhone. The employee with avatar tattoos was disrespectful and just wasted time rather than help me fix or replace my defective iPhone.

  Classic Apple not ever helping the customer and always tries to get you to buy something. I typically use their knowledge to fix the Apple product myself (I’ve done this many times, as I still have the Apple Watch Series 3 even when they told me it’s too old to use). They seemed pretty vague as their only answer was “buy a new phone even though you just got one!” The man with the avatar tattoos is nice but talks too loud to his customer. I could tell he was getting very annoyed at me because I didn’t want to buy a new phone, and his voice kept getting louder and louder. Very fake facade but I guess that happens in customer service jobs!

  Compré un airtag y esta vinculado con otra cuenta, asi que nunca la pode utilizar. He hablado con el suporte y envié la factura con el serial y dicen que no hay solucion. Como es posible que crean el producto a la forma que el dueno de un producto no la puede utilizar. Perdi mi dinero, no puedo recomendar a nadie comprar apple.
