  Went there on Sept. 19, 2026 at about 4:15pm. There was a bald guy that was meeting people at the entrance to see what product they wanted. He was extremely obnoxious and just overall annoying. Apple, you can do better than this with your employees. .

  I personally had a great experience when I needed something fixed . I didn't wait . Was less than 30 mins .

  I went in to buy a watch and was told I would be helped if I waited at the watch counter. Waited at the watch counter, and was never helped and completely ignored when I tried getting help. I eventually just left and bought it at Costco.

  To start off, I wholeheartedly think that's some of these reviews are totally one-offs because I went to this location two days in a row (one day to get my macbook and the other to get help with a tech issue), and I was met with nothing but helpful and friendly people. A highlight however was my experience today! Richard is seriously such a solid guy and helped me so much, he worked fast and when we found out the issue on my Mac would be resolved in a couple hours he showed me how to reboot it at home! All while being so nice, explaining the tech stuff, and not trying to upsell me on new things! Genuinley great staff and I've had such a good experience.
