Also watched an older lady have difficulty paying her bill at the kiosk and another customer help her while the reps stood around not aiding. Why is a customer having to assist vice the actual employees working there? I guess customer service only goes so far in this store.

This store only told me about 1 of the iPhones and the home internet and neglected to tell me that the other two iPhones would be sharing a phone number with mine as is evident in the 4th picture

They told me one thing and it was something else ended up costing me $594. They never give you a definitive answer it is always I guess this or that. Customer service rep lied a they would not honor the misinformation she gave instead they made excuses and said one thing after another and none of it was true. I wish I would have never came to them. Once you lie to me it is hard for me to ever trust you and the customer service line are nothing but LIARS.
