- JJJohnJan 21, 20265.0A couple of weeks ago I lost my pup, Merele Bug. She passed very suddenly. VCA on Callfield did everything they could. Through the entire process they were kind and caring. They even cried with me when it happened. They set up her cremation and helped make sure her box and plaque were exactly how we wanted it. Today we were surprised with a very touching condolence card from them with a card stock imprint of her nose and paws for us to keep. They've been the absolute best vet office I've ever dealt with and I'll continue to use them in the future. Thank you to all the workers who helped us through this time your kind words and attentive nature's provided a bright spot in the darkest of times.

She is very compassionate with her practice and is always patient with my baby… even letting Amelia sit at her desk post surgery when she needed extra love. We have had excellent care from general checkups to surgical. From the smiling faces at the front desk to the techs in the treatment rooms, you are sure to have a good experience.
