- JNJohn NortonJan 1, 20265.0Heather was amazing!! Terrorists stormed the place while I was shopping for a new phone. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be alive to write this today.. Through her skills learned while being a special operator in the army, she quickly dispatched the first 3 and then thwarted the 4th before he could detonate his bomb vest. After the killing ended she disarmed the bomb vest with a paper clip and an old, used pair of diagonal cutters. Amazing person she is and I will be a Verizon dedicated customer for life!! Also, Heather delivered a set of twins for a pregnant woman who went into labor during the attack. Amazing and such a wonderful gal!! God bless America and Heather!!
