- TGTammy GorleyMay 19, 20255.0I was having problems with my cell phone. (Problem was me) I took it in to the Greek Squad in Wichita Falls. The young man Jacob welcomed us and answered a few questions about Geek Squad. I then informed him of the issues I was having with my phone. He ask me a couple questions and in less in 10 minutes he had my phone working so much faster plus he reset a couple of apps and had my phone repaired, it was workinglike new! Jacob was such a pleasant gentleman and had the answere to all the questions he was asked. Thank you Jacob for all the help and the extra information about my phone and this program!
