- ADAlisha DownsDec 21, 20251.0My daughter was at this cricket store this afternoon to replace a her phone that was completely unresponsive. I had to talk to the sales lady over the store phone to explain what we wanted since I am 2 hrs away and couldn't be there in person. I wanted to import two lines from other carriers (one of them mine), keeping our current numbers, and change my daughter's plan to a four line plan so I could be on it and better manage the account. That was not what happened as the sales lady later told my daughter this couldn't happen because my phone wasn't there in the store. This is false information. I had talked to online Cricket customer service agent two weeks prior and they confirmed I could add two lines and bring our phones and phone numbers and I could do it all online, didn't need to go to a store. The sales lady ended up adding a third line under a new number that no one will use and saying we could drop the line after paying the monthly bill. What a waste! My daughter also told her that she needed to either add insurance or buy a phone before leaving to ensure her phone was safe. The sales lady was eager to leave because she was evidently supposed to be off 40 min earlier, so she told my daughter she could come back the next day to buy a case. The whole point is to protect the investment before any damage may be done. Hopefully we get a case on her phone before anything happens. Lastly, I can't even tell on the website what plan my daughter is on or what the charges are. Their website is ridiculous!
