The problem is that the young man installed the wrong case. It has no camera access. Best Buy won’t address the problem for me. I did purchase it last July but the problem was theirs not mine. I will no longer patronize Best Buy.

Used to be that they were more helpful regarding electronics, but I believe the people working there don't know as much or feel they'd be wasting their time helping customers with possible online items. Was very disappointed with my trip there. Will be purchasing elsewhere in future.
