  We were there for the Geek squad. Cameron was thorough with our electronics. And offered reasonable solutions to our issues. He did not push getting new equipment but did have answers to all our questions. We will be back if needed for more electronic advice and or new equipment.

  “I bought a Ninja 10QT air fryer from the Best Buy in Wichita Falls about 2 years ago. The inside has developed heavy rust, and black particles fall from the top onto the food while cooking. It also burns food even on normal settings. This is clearly a food safety issue. I have posted photos with this review so you can see the condition yourself. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed it’s not safe to use, but unfortunately, no solution or replacement was offered. Very disappointing… a cooking appliance should not end up like this.

  Everyone we spoke with were very nice and helpful. We had an unusual issue and were referred to Sam and Nick. They went above and beyond helping us, even looking our vehicle up on the internet to try and solve our issue. Thank you gentlemen. Great job!
