  I was originally drawn to the Weslaco Verizon store because of their high reviews, and now I can clearly see why—they truly deliver outstanding customer service. From the very first phone call, Caleb went above and beyond. I called unsure if it was even worth making the trip, and after explaining my concerns, he offered to check everything for me over the phone. He confirmed what I qualified for, walked me through all of it patiently, and showed me that it was worth coming in. That alone made me feel confident before I even arrived. When I got to the store, he greeted me right away—even while assisting another customer. I watched how respectfully, efficiently, and kindly he helped them, and then he took the same care with me. Caleb didn’t rush anything. He took his time with every detail, making sure I understood all of the promotions, deals, and options available so I could get the very best value. He offered additional services like home internet, explained the benefits clearly, and gave honest recommendations on phone trade-ins. Because of his help, I ended up getting four brand new iPhone 17s (two Pro Max and two Pros for myself, my husband, and my daughters) along with three home internet services. We’re going to save so much money thanks to all the perks he helped us unlock. I’m not very tech-savvy, but Caleb handled everything—setting up the phones, transferring all my data, showing me where to find my perks in the app, and making sure I understood every step. He even gave me his personal number, assuring me that he’s available if I have any questions even after the purchase. I left the store incredibly satisfied, grateful, and honestly feeling like it was Christmas. Caleb’s patience, professionalism, and genuine care made this the best phone-buying experience I’ve ever had. I hope he receives every blessing in return for the kindness he showed me today!

  My boyfriend had called this Verizon to have me put on his plan, he received amazing customer service over the phone and we were asked to swing by and look for Logan; I’m so happy that we decided to come to this Verizon as Logan was very very friendly and not pushy whatsoever. He was very attentive and informative, he helped me reset my account PIN from my old provider to easily switch to Verizon. He was very patient with us and new how to carry a conversation while still being able to subtly revert back to business. Overall, I trusted everything Logan said and did for us that day and I’m absolutely loving my new phone and provider!! If there’s any Verizon you should stop and see, it’s this one! Everyone is friendly and helpful!

  Needed help paying a bill cash and instead of mentioning they didn’t have change put the change towards my next bill without asking me and when I walked in the man who helped seemed like he didn’t want to because he was busy playing a game his name was Marty Villarreal

  Logan was great throughout the entire process of adding a line to my plan. We ordered the new IPhone 17, and he kept me updated on it throughout the waiting period. When the phone arrived, he had everything transferred from old phone to new phone when we got there. It didn’t take long at all. He also helps a lot through text. Highly recommend. Thank you, Logan.
