They had me get the $180/yr Best Buy premium rewards subscription, which is cool, I use it frequently for in store discounts and stuff, and it’s free (or heavily discounted) PC repair and diagnosis. Well I had brought my PC in to have an NVME SSD installed and to move to OS to it. Computer was ready in a couple of days, no problem. The same month I was using the PC and it crashed. Could not get it to boot. Investigated, and I saw the drive I had Geek Squad install, it was bent downward towards the motherboard and the screw was screwed in wayyyy too hard. The little support for the NVME screw was also missing. Long story short, I took care of it myself and all ended up being okay, but I never would’ve expected this issue from a PC repair/diagnostic service.

I have a computer repair in progress at the Best Buy Baybrook .No update on repair status (3 days) since dropping off Computer. I am a member of Geek Squad with annual billing and communication with Geek Squad is very difficult & disappointing.
