This Best Buy was amazing ! Evan, Lou & Dez are amazing at customer service, I was completely lost and they all ran to me to assist with helping me find the items! It’s hard to get good customer service these days, however they were phenomenal !

They will convince you to buy an expensive computer saying they will “price match” but when the time comes, they make it almost impossible to do so and make you jump through unnecessary hurdles and you will still not get the “price match.” Don’t fall for it.
Extremely disappointed.

This review is for SCOOBA ( I think that’s what his badge said) , the older employee who was extremely rude. He was in the back and even made an ugly face at me. Then he said, “You act like I wasn’t helping a customer.” How was I supposed to know that when both of them were just standing behind the computers? Two of his coworkers saw the whole interaction — they were polite and professional, unlike him. Jacob was really nice. This was today 11/7/25 around 2:45 towards the back. All I wanted to ask him is if someone could help me with the ipads. He could have said “I’ll be right with you” or something! Instead of just completely ignoring me then being rude after that was not necessary. By reading the reviews I guess it’s acceptable for Best Buy to have rude employees.
