  This may be the best customer service I ever received. Natalie and Cielo are very sweet ladies and they truly care for the customers. They were very patient and sweet during the lengthy activation process

  Helped me not in anyway. Said that I could use their phone to call my insurance. I'm not sure if they aren't trained or cricket is such a low quality provider that they expect the customer to work for a service that we pay for. Do not get insurance or warranty because they will not do anything for you

  Tried to make a cash pymnt Sat. March29, when I walkd in, I had to wait 5mins for this man who came from th back, w/ NO sense of urgency or apologizing for th wait? Gave him 100. bill & he claimed he did NUTT hav change, needing 40. in change, what Business has NO change for customers??? I said, You must NOT know how business works & he says RUDELY, well why don't U explain to me how business works? So I said" Well, smartass, They hav change for customers to pay their bill, so I took th 100. bak & put th 60. on th counter & he said, U can take Ur money elsewhere & pay! I hav th XACT money & he won't take my pymnt!!! I ask for Owners contact info, he pointd to th bus. cards & said U can call there? Took th card got into my truk & th info. was th # for this location??? I walkd bak in & askd for th Owners name, he said "Why don't U look it up yourself? Why are U hiring INCOMPETENT, RUDE, losers to NOT work at keeping Satisfied Customers?! Fire him, since he has NO ability to be KIND or DO th ONLY job he was hired to DO??? Take MONEY!.! Had to drive to a Cricket down th road, HAPPY to giv my CASH to trained, PLEASANT staff! Iv been making pymnts here for 7+¥rs!! Unless he's been dismissd or moved elsewhere, WON'T B giving U M¥ money again!
