  I wish I did not have to give this geek squad a one-star. This is an issue that I will not drop. I purchased a Geek Squad Membership in 4/2025. I was not aware that they did not provide repairs at home. Those are at an additional cost amount. On 3/2026, I went into the Weatherford Best Buy to cancel yearly my geek squad membership that is on autopay. The person in that Best Buy told me that she could not cancel my membership. She suggested that I phone customer service. That person had the nerve to tell me that not only could he not cancel my membership, but auto pay would pay on 4/29/2026. Are you kidding me. Those were his words. Today, I went to my bank and they could not believe this. The banker had to take at least an hour to figure out how to resolve this at the bank. He had to go through 2 departments which was quite timely. We still are uncertain if it cancelled my autopay with Best Buy, so I must dispute the claim if I see a Best Buy yearly renewal cost on my credit card. Again, I will not drop this. I am filing an official complaint with authorities. I would stay away from this store if I were you.

  I had an update that brought the blue screen of death on and Geek Squad worked on my pc till fixed when everyone else told me it was unfixable. It works just as well as the day I bought it again!
