    Transferring from AT&T to Verizon was the worst mistake I have made in a while. Out sales rep Ryan, was not up front about our “offers” and it led to me spending a lot of time on the phone with Verizon’s customer service in order to get our bill where it had been promised to us. Even the customer service reps were irritated with the in-store representatives for apparently repeatedly causing the type of confusion we experienced. After 6 months of non stop grief, AT&T offered to buy us back out of our Verizon contract and we accepted. Verizon very sneakily charges you for transferring your device before a certain time period has elapsed, and we are out $681 because of this, even though our devices are being paid off in full by At&t. I wish that was the worst of it, but all the hours I’ve spent on the phone with customer service that I will never get back are truly what disturbs me. I hope someone sees this before they do anything like we did, this review does nothing to express the extent of my disgust and feeling of being scammed, but maybe it can stop another family from making the same mistake.

    Dillon took great care of our account. He was able to find customer loyalty discounts since we have been with them 20 years. Dillon contacted me to complete our order and assured me it was done.

    Do not do business here, go to the Verizon Corporate Store on Bryant Irvin. First off, they charge an activation charge ON TOP of what Verizon will charge you on your first bill with the new device. When I called and asked them about it they said "that's how we make money", fine but be up front about it. They will tell you your bill won't go up when you add a new device, if you notice an increase they will just say they called Verizon and put "a ticket in" but in reality nothing will change. Took me a couple months to unwind the crap these guys did to my bill. Just go to a corporate store or order directly from Verizon.com.

    I’ve been to this store twice and both times walked out pretty disappointed. Today, we went in to add a line and I was shown the price that my bill would increase to and then explained the price of the device. I agreed to it. Once he had pushed the order through and sent payment link, I noticed that there was a markup on the device and also more fees that were not disclosed up front. Employee was nice and all, but failed to tell me that on top of the activation fee that would appear on my bill, there would be a slight price difference on device and that I had to pay a setup fee of $35 upfront. It was a bit frustrating to pay a setup fee when I still had to transfer things from old device and set it up fully when we got home. Maybe I had the wrong understanding of it, but don’t feel like a setup was done. He also took it upon himself to create an Apple ID email for us without asking first if that was one we wanted to use. I don’t mind paying extra for things and I know it is their job to make sales, but being transparent and honest goes a long way. This is the 2nd time something bad happens. We won’t be back to this location.
