Not quite what it used to be.
We stopped by to get new speakers for my son’s truck and spent about 20 minutes just trying to find an employee to help us. When someone finally came over, they had to call another person who worked in that department. Unfortunately, the employee who arrived didn’t seem to know much about the speakers — or even how to use the display to play and compare them.
We ended up just picking a set on our own, and thankfully, they sound great. Overall, though, it was disappointing to see how much the customer service and product knowledge have declined.

I needed to "recycle" 2 old hard drives. The staff was so accommodating, even unloading them from my car for me. It was a relief to know my info would be scrubbed and it will be properly disposed. They made recycling easy, and if they can, we can too! Thank you.

I like the customer service, but the printer I bought one month ago stopped printing in the middle of printing. I changed it with the same Epson ET-2800, but the print out is bad,, I tried everything to fix it, cleaned the nozzle, aligned,, but still making the scrape, dotted line on my photo paper. I'm frustrated,, I need to print pictures for my customers..
