  I rarely pen tales of praise, but for this merchant’s hall, I must break tradition! Each time I venture forth for my needs, the crew is ever so helpful. More importantly, I feel as though I am among kin. Oftentimes, I find no desire to depart. Thank ye for all thy aid.

  Love this store esperanza and salina are always so welcoming when we go in there. I love this and their customers service is always 100%. I will never go to another store then this one..

  Salina and Esperanza provided excellent customer service at Cricket Wireless. They were attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. Their friendly and professional approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend their service to anyone visiting Cricket Wireless.

  Im having to use my teens email mineral won't let me review but my name is Scarlett tillery. I called today for a price on adding a line. I immediately could tell even being on the phone was bothering her.she said she didn't know the cost and couldn't help me unless I came in. I stated was that so hard to tell me that from the beginning she proceeded to be even more rude. So I said are u a mana6she said yes okay whats ur name....she then hangs up! Mind you i have no cussed or yelled at this time So I call back let me speak to the manager as she is laugh8ng in background. The one who answer said her names Maria come yo find out she lied about her name. They are always rude theu answer the phones being loud laughing just being little kids. I will not stop at this because this isn't right imagine an older lady just trying to get help and cant because someone isn't happy. I hope this is resolved I was told the actual manager Tony is amazing and doesn't tolerate this. Hope to speak to him soon and I suggest go to mineral wells and see Brianna she answered my question and helped me to resolve this issue in less then 2 minutes
