    The Waxahachie store has terrible service. I went to purchase multiple large appliances. Waited 30 minutes for no associate to give me any help. Don’t go unless you want to wait for 30 or longer without ever getting helped.

    I would rather be drug by a truck on gravel , into a chute made of razor blades in to a pool of rubbing alcohol than to spend another millisecond in this hellscape of a store. Clearly you have to come in here and start a fight to get some attention around here. I’ve been in the store almost 20 minutes waiting for a charging cord. These people are the worst excuses of customer service workers I had ever had the misfortune to experience.

    The attention to customer needs is exemplary. I was asked by 4 different associates if I was finding everything ok or if I needed help. When I did have a question, it was answered quickly. When I made my purchase, all options were explained in an easy to understand way! Had my purchase delivered and the techs were courteous and communicated arrival times well.
