I do not agree with him making people move drive from one store to another for nothing wasting gas time. I dont agree with this..his name is shan . His rude mean cant do job right carma got him on his leg. .

It was very busy when I got there so I was just browsing around trying to find a sales rep to help me find what I was looking for there is this main guy that was standing in the Front and I asked if I could get assistance and he looked at me up and down and said it will be a good minute if you’d like to wait I said yes that’s fine. I’ll just walk around so I go to the department that I was interested in and I’m waiting there a good 10 minutes. Never did anyone go assist me as I was standing there there was another employee that passed me up and asked if I needed any help finding anything and I told him that I had been waiting there for some assistance so he immediately send somebody over and the person he sent was very helpful but I did not catch his name. He explaining the product that I was looking at and I purchased the product. He also got me a little discount with me trying to sign up for the Best Buy credit card so I was happy with that little discount I received. He also carried my merchandise to my car. Thank you for being that sales person that was very helpful. Took his time explaining things to me. I wish I would have gotten his name for the guy at the front do better next time. Send your people when you say you will.
