    Stay away from this store and setup your account online or through Verizon customer service. They give customers wrong information to get them transferred from competitors. I was given wrong information on a discounted apple watch line by 2 different sales people on 4 different accounts, then I was surprised by the full price on the bill. When I went back to complain, they simply told me the discount is not on your current plan and you need to upgrade. They said we are sorry and we don’t know how this happened, BUT saying same thing by 2 different people on 4 different accounts is not a mistake, it’s a scam. I finally got a good deal when I contacted customer service and they upgraded one line to get the discount and they helped reduce the bill by other discounts. Be aware when you go to this store, read every paper and get everything documented. They will never mention the activation fees and you will be surprised at the end. Call customer service and ask them to waive the activation fees for you if you’re a new customer and getting new phones. I will never go to Verizon store anymore and will only do my business directly with customer service.

    Zero stars, but have to at least rate 1 star so I can post. Went in for the 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max. Had everything lined up and just had to wipe my old phones and pay the sales tax on the new phones. Was instructed to go home to wipe them because Apple indicated that I had to be connected to a known WiFi (unsecured location at Verizon store). Went home, wiped the phones and was back within 10 minutes. Was told I would be put in the queue behind 5 other people. The guy who was helping me looked right at me and then carried on with his business like I didn’t exist. I had NO CELL PHONE SERVICE because he told me to wipe them, INCLUDING THE ESIM CARDS. Insane that they would expect me to stand there for at least another hour without access to ANYTHING just praying I could get my upgrades and be able to call my wife again. Left and went to the North Richland Hills location, which was amazing. Got both phones and was in and out in 30 minutes, start to finish. The Watauga location sucks. I’ll never go back. This is also a corporate location. Go to the retail locations, where they actually care about customer service.

    We had a complicated phone carrier switch over (because of something I did) and Ivan took so much time to help us get the best plan for my husbands phone. He made calls and crunched numbers and it was a pleasant experience despite the complications. So thankful to him and the store!
