We had a complicated phone carrier switch over (because of something I did) and Ivan took so much time to help us get the best plan for my husbands phone. He made calls and crunched numbers and it was a pleasant experience despite the complications. So thankful to him and the store!

I want to start out with saying, this is in no way the fault of the staff at the location. Nathan was very patient, did his best to help and explain what was going on, and stuck it out with us through the entire ordeal, delaying his break. But this will probably be the last time I do business with Verizon. Adding a line to an existing account, after I had already started to transfer from another carrier took close to 5 hours as I am writing this and still no resolution. If I did not have so much attached to this phone number, I would have walked out. This is absurdly ridiculous.
