I couldn’t hear the first sales rep who approached me because of the noise from employees (?), then was directed to another rep who is trying to explain why I’m not due for an upgrade despite emails. Unfortunately, I had a hard time listening because the employees sitting down next to her (us) were very loud and wouldn’t be quiet. I literally had a hard time hearing her because they would not stop talking and laughing. I’m glad they are having such a good time at work but I am a Verizon customer and could not have a decent, respectful conversation with anyone at the store. Very unprofessional.

It was crowded when I was in and the staff was patient and kind with everyone…even with the customers who were not! You may have to wait a few minutes because they make sure each customer is helped and questions are answered. Great customer service is worth the wait! I have been in twice and worked with Ali and most recently, Andrew. Both were exceptional.
