I have been in twice and worked with Ali and most recently, Andrew. Both were exceptional.

Got a phone they wont take back at a store and in two months and many online talks with the company they still have never sent a mailing label! Then to top it off hit my wifes account for 1200$ at Christmas and wont do a refund until the phone is returned. Tell me WHY the store cant take it and show its returned??? Like i said loyal aint nothing to Verizon.

One lady that seemed to do NOTHING informed me she's a BUSINESS rep and couldn't help. All in all it was equal to going to the EMERGENCY ROOM and waiting hours to be seen. VZ best change things. After years of VZ service I'm going to let T-Mobile earn my business.
